Edit: I used them for a rat pest control. Fantastic service, great communication and very cost effective compared to other services around the town.

I have had an ongoing rodent problem in my crawl space and Frost Integrated Pest Management has been great in helping me with this problem. The staff have been very helpful, professional and timely on their responses to my questions and requests. I was having a problem with flying ants getting in my house and couldn't get rid of them on my own. That's when I called Frost Pest Mngmt. whom I got a referral from a neighbor of mine who had used this Co. and was very satisfied. He was the only company that diagnosed correctly the type of ants they were over the phone. All the other co.'s said I had "carpenter" ants. He was the only one that said I had "pavement" ants and when he came out to treat them, he was absolutely correct and told me why. David Frost was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He was very reasonably priced and didn't try to upsell me on paying for quarterly treatments that I didn't need. I would definitely use him again if the need arises and refer him to others.

Professional, easily likeable, honest and on point. Quarterly service works great. I raise rabbits and chickens and very rarely almost never see rat or mouse anymore. Flies get annoying about twice a year and Mr. Frost knows what to do. This spring was bad and within 3 - 4 days of his visit, all of the generations had been baited and no longer a problem. (We entertain outside alot so this is crucial)
